Plain Nonfat Yogurt What's A Good Low Fat/nonfat Plain Yogurt?

What's a good low fat/nonfat plain yogurt? - plain nonfat yogurt

I'm 18 and I decided we wanted to separate the sweets in my diet (not that I start with a lot anyway), so here goes:

I have a fruit and yogurt, and I wonder if someone could recommend a good low-fat yogurt or fat-free use for me. I do not want to consistency of thin, watery, or. I would also like suggestions on what should be granola (organic would be ideal), and no matter whether it is normal or something, because I want as healthy as possible. I wish I could have a perfect little every night for dessert instead of something sweet and unhealthy.

Thank you for your advice!

Healthy as possible? Choose the Greeks! Fage is the best, what I've heard, but the entire Greek yogurt is healthy and good for mixing. If you are fat is located around 120, 8 ounces, no fat and 20 grams of protein! Not too heavy, sour, sweet. Good for mixing. Nevertheless, it is expensive, but it's worth trying at least.

I love Stonyfielf Farm fat free vanilla yogurt and Kashi Crunch GOLEAN sprinkled on top. Even a mixture of the partially thawed frozen blueberries sweetened. YUM!

Each brand of yogurt works well, provided that no purchase or. EXTRA-foam type is thicker then normal.

I like Mountain High Yoghurt, which is very tasty, too clear.
